The Royal Observer Corps - St Asaph Post

Location: On the north side of a field boundary, 100 yards east of an un-named minor road.
Nat. Grid Ref: SJ02017517
Date of last visit: 5 August 2001

We proceeded along towards the end of the minor road the runs past the site and parked next to some trees just after the electricity pylons. After a few minutes we found the small wooden bridge (A plank) that we need to cross the stream. The site is located about 100 yards from the road, along the edge of a field. The entrance shaft was open and could be seen from the road. The interior has had a fire at some point, but there are still several items left inside as described on the subbrit site.

Armed with my new digital camera, I took several pictures of both the interior and exterior of the bunker, which are below.

More information of this location can also be found on the ROC Database.
